It would be appropriate to use the K factors for the entrance into a tank and exit from a tank.

By the way, that does not look like a splitter box.

If the box is open to atmosphere (as it appears to be in the sketch) then the pressure in the box will be atmospheric and that must be taken into account in your calculations.
