Hey! I would like to define new colors in global settings for curves in active sketch and inactive ones and also for datum coordinate systems. I am trying to do so through "File -> Utilities -> Customer Defaults -> Sketch -> Part Settings" but any changes don't seem to have any effect. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug? I'll appreciate any suggestions.

RE: NX 10 Custom sketch colors

You need to use the workflow mentioned, but on the master template part(s) and then save them.

Thanks for the advice! However, I appologise if I'm missing something obvious but going to location: UGII/templates and opening the file model-plain-1-mm-template.prt and changing customer defaults as mentioned above, than saving the file does not produce the desired result, as nothing changes. Only if I manually change the color of per se Coordinate System through "right click -> Edit Display" command and saving the tamplate it sticks and when I start a new model, the change is there. Why?
