How to apply a multiplier factor of 1.8 for earthquake according to IBC2009 in COMPRESS

(OP)
Hi,

I am designing a tank and they give me the following data:

IBC 2009 and ASCE7-05, Ss = 1.20 g; S 1 = 0.50 g, EI = 1.25,
Occupation category III, site class D.
The multiplication factor of 1.8 should be applied above the resulting force for the equipment, structures, foundations and anchorage.

I want to know, using the COMPRESS as input value 1.8 required?
