(OP)
We are having some ASTM A53 Gr.B SCHSTD SSAW service pipes with dents on the body of the pipes happened during the fall of stacks and also a few pipes having out-of roundness towards the ends. Please advise me the standard and accepted practices for the repair of dents as well as the out-of roundness of the pipes with respect to the standards without losing the property of the parent metal?

RE: ABOVE 1000MM SSAW SCHSTD PIPES DAMAGE REPAIR

What does your material specifications have to say on the subject?
What does the project specifications have to say on the subject?
What does the purchaser have to say about accepting damaged materials?

We are not privy to the information you have or should have.

Best regards - Al
