NX 9 CAM Kinematic Problem

NX 9 CAM Kinematic Problem

NX 9 CAM Kinematic Problem

(OP)
Hello Community,

My kinematic aspect is quite difficult. I have two rotation axis and a single translatory movement of my tool in direction of my blank rotation axis (feed/pitch). My blank has his own rotation axis like in turning operation but my tool has an other rotation axis as the blank.
I hope you can understand my explanation of the kinematic. In which operation can i get such a kinematic in NX?

Thank You.

Sincerly
Rick

Can you post a picture?
Are you asking about machine simulation?

I don't have the answer, but I believe you are asking about "Thread Whirling"

Yes, you are right. It's some kind of thread whirling but i want optimise this process.

I have now already a model, but can't insert my kinematic for 100%.
I created the operation "multi-axis-mill" and the custom operation "Generic Motion". I am able to move my tool along a point vector combination.
My problem now is that i just can insert point vector combinations one by one manual, but i need 1000-5000 point vector combinations. Does anybody have an idea how i can import this point vector combination in NX ? I have already measured my kinematic in Matlab. My vector consist out of 2 points.

Thank you guys.

Sincerly Rick
