Tracking Bar - Cursor Loacation

Tracking Bar - Cursor Loacation

Tracking Bar - Cursor Loacation

(OP)
Good morning Cowski,
We just started using NX 11 this morning
I went to Reset the Layout for the Tracking Bar so it does not track my cursor .. and it didn't change anything.
Is there a new way to stop tracking the cursor?
Regards

Are you saying that you want to close/hide the tracking bar? The tracking bar only appears when using the older "basic curve" commands. Usually, people close it by accident and are asking how to get it back; if you would like to hide it, you should be able to click on the "X" in the tracking title bar.

Edit: I don't currently have NX 11 up and running, so I can't check to see if anything has changed with the tracking bar.

No I wat to see it, but I don't want it to track the cursor location, ie all dialogs will be o.o

RE: Tracking Bar - Cursor Loacation

To the best of my current knowledge, it's not possible to show the tracking bar and NOT track your cursor.

In NX9 it's in Preferences -> User Interface -> General Tab -> UNTICK Track Cursor Location in Tracking Bar

The preference is still there in NX 11 in Preferences > User Interface > Options, or type tracking in the find box on the preferences dialog.
