How can I convert files from RDM6 to Solidworks?
How can I convert files from RDM6 to Solidworks?
(OP)
For a research project we have made a model in RDM6-Element Finis. We would like to convert that file to .SLDPRT (Solid Works Part file), because we want to print that model using a 3D printer. Unfortunately I have not found any useful information on the internet on this matter. From RDM6-Element Finis, the projects can be exported (saved) to the following file formats: HPGL, HPGL2, POSTSCRIPT, WMF, EMF. What solutions are there available to convert this file? What would you recommend?
Thank you in advance!

Not model files, which are used for analysis, etc.
I couldn't find any manuals in English to check.
RE: How can I convert files from RDM6 to Solidworks?
In general the exchange of 3d models between software is done with neutral formats like STEP(stp) and IGES(igs) (less "common" would be sat,jt,obj,xt and others)..
All the file types you posted are "graphical" for exporting pretty pictures..
