(OP)
Hello,

I needed some opinion about the input parameters. My question is: I have increased the feed rate of a process from 6.5 mm/sec to 120 mm/sec, which is about 18.5 times the original feed rate to complete the analysis in short time to verify if my model works. The process also involves the following parameters

1. angular velocity 2. Thermal Conductivity 3. Density 4. Elastic Modulus 5.Poisson's ratio 6. Coefficient of thermal expansion 7. Specific heat.

Which of the above parameter apart from angular velocity should be increased so that the change doesn't effect the output.

I am modeling friction stir spot welding process.

Thanks.
