PERZYNA material model (ANSYS (APDL)) ?

PERZYNA material model (ANSYS (APDL)) ?

(OP)
Hi,

I'm trying to get the stress-strain data of a specific material, by simulating the viscoplastic behaviour using a rate dependent material model (PERZYNA), but the problem is that when using this model for high strain rate (100 [s^-1]), I get approximately the same yield stress !! (see the attached photo)

The model I'm using for the simulation is only a simple cube which has a displacement BC and some symmetry BCS.

Could you help me with this problem.

Thanks in advance.
