I am trying to find this formula in the ACI 318-14 code: ΦMn=φ*ρ*fy*(b*d^2)*(1-ρ*fy/1.7f'c). Could somebody please let me know if it is given in any other form somewhere?

This formula is derived from Mn = As*fy*(d-a/2)

Where As = p*b*d and
a = As*fy/(0.85*f'c*b)
