Need Conditional Formatting help please
Need Conditional Formatting help please
(OP)
I have a range of cells D27:MM28
Almost all of these have the text MWZ-6006 but a handful of them have something else.
I would like to use the conditional formatting formula so that if a cell does not say MWZ-6006, the font will become red.
Can anyone please tell me what that formula is?

RE: Need Conditional Formatting help please
select the cells, select CONDITIONAL FORMATTING and select Cell Value is, NOT EQUAL TO, MWZ-6006, format as required.

Thanks
RE: Need Conditional Formatting help please
=D27<>"MWZ-6006"
The rule for a CF formula is to reference with respect to the TOP LEFT cell of the selected range, which in this instance is D27 for the range, D27:MM28.
