CATIA v5 and enovia or 3d experience

(OP)
Hello,

I'm buying a new CATIA v5 seat. And my supplier advised me to integrate him with 3d experience platform. So i will be drawing in v5 but working in plm with 3d experience.

Is there anyone that allready worked like this?
I have a lot of macros, but I was working With v5 only with windows based files. There is any need of changes in macros. I think it's similar to Enovia. Anyone knows how it behaves?

RE: CATIA v5 and enovia or 3d experience

Hello,

If is V5 is somehow like in ENOVIA. But in V6 you have to rewrite your code for macros.

Tell to your VAR to show you a live demo in DS Sandbox. What did you choose, on premise or cloud? Did they told you what are the differences? Deployment, storage, PLC, ALC? Terms for interruption or some other cases?

Regards
Fernando
