laser cutting 3015-1500w

(OP)
Hello everyone

our work have a fiber laser cutting 3015-1500w with Precitec ProCutter and I work in this cutting machinery
I am new in this profession and have some difficulties
-before we had a plasma CR electronik (15 years) and everything was fine thumbsup2
and now with this laser cutting we must start again from the beginningspin2
-I have problems with piercings and cutting settings (mild steel 3mm and 6mm)
- Breaks down very quickly (Scratching) protective glass
I send you some pictures from my controler
something is wrong in the settings
help from your experience for correct adjustment
thank you very much (sorry for my bad english)

RE: laser cutting 3015-1500w

Did you have no set up support from the new machines provider? With a conditions booklet?
