EDM hole drilling

EDM hole drilling

(OP)
I have 2 rows of holes (D=1mm) to drill 23 in first and 19 in the second. Holes are angled with respect to part surfaces. Depth of holes is coupled mm.Is it better to drill row by row (and witch one first) or at the same time bout rows. Electrodes are copper.

RE: EDM hole drilling

Hmmmm, 42 holes. No pattern needed. I've always done it willy-nilly.....dazed
