Got an 60 m propane-propylene split

(OP)
Got an 60 m propane-propylene splitter for manufacturing and installation. Need any clues about manufacturing - "in one" peace by welding or by modular - flanged peaces. Also need an "for and against" explanation (standard limitations) for any of mentioned. Thank you for help.

RE: Got an 60 m propane-propylene split

There are a lot of considerations:
  • Shipping: Can you get the unit into place in one-piece?
  • Modular cost: What is the diameter/pressure/temperature/material? The cost of the flange could be insignificant, or crazy depending on your response.
  • Heat treatment: Does this require PWHT? What are your available oven sizes?
  • Many many more
