Difference between Qam 128 and 256

Difference between Qam 128 and 256

Hi guys, recently I had my hands on hdmi qam modulator, in modulation settings I noticed that I can pick QAM 64/128/256, I know that the baud rate is higher for QAM 256, but will I notice any difference at all?

RE: Difference between Qam 128 and 256

As long as you get the minimum number of bytes in per frame for a clear signal, it doesn't matter how much extra room you have for more bytes (higher QAM settings). It's like carrying $100 for a bus ride you know only costs $5... doesn't hurt, but it doesn't help, either.
