Is RADIOSS a bad solver?

Is RADIOSS a bad solver?

(OP)
Hello,

I am performing explicit dynamic non-linear contact analysis (drop test) and the results are quite off from physical testing.
If however, the same parameters are used for solving with Abaqus then it is quite closer to reality.
So I am just checking whether my findings are in line with what experts over here have experienced.
I know it is quite subjective and we don't want religious wars over FEA but still the advice from your experience could be helpful for others.
