Roark Table 9.2 Ref 1 shows a circular ring with two forces acting inward.
The forces are opposite each other (0 and 180)
Finding the moment at 0, 90, 180 and 270 is fairly straight forward through the book.
I would like to find the moment at say 45 degrees or any position I am interested in.
Is there a way to do in the book that I have missed?

Not sure what version you have but in my 7th edition if you look on the page before the one containing Ref 1 at the overview for table 9.2 it gives you generic formulas for moments at any angle "x". This comes into the formula through the variables "u" and "z" which represent cos(x) and sin(x) respectively.
