Visualization, How to have surfaces or solids block sketches/curves from view

(OP)
I am trying to make some images for a presentation which are meant to show scribe lines for a composite tool. The problem is the intersection lines I want to use to represent the scribes show thru the surface even in places which would not be visible. How can I create a cleaner looking image using CATIA? Is there a setting which allows surfaces or solids to block a sketch or curve?

Thanks in advance for the help.
