PV Elite Limitation

PV Elite Limitation

(OP)
Can somebody out there let me know whether PV Elite can model a double pipe heat exchanger as a single assembly. It is a simple, U tube, brown fin heat exchanger with one inlet and one outlet nozzles on the shell side. It has a asymmetric head cover. It was builit in the late 60s. Goal is to compute the T(min) for the shell and head for the vessel. If PV Elite can not do that, is there a workaround solution. Thank you all.

RE: PV Elite Limitation

Ben Yue, based on my limited familiarity, I doubt it.

Regards,

Mike

The problem with sloppy work is that the supply FAR EXCEEDS the demand
