To fine shear force in the plate designed in STAAD

(OP)
Hi,
I have a plate of 1m x 1.5 mx0.6m, The plate is fixed in the bottom and free at top.
The plate is subjected to a uniform load of 10 Kn/m2. The plate is analyzed in staad.
Please let me know how to calculate the shear force at 0.2m from the fixed support.

Please find the staad model attached along with this email.

RE: To fine shear force in the plate designed in STAAD

The shear stress is constant along the plate thickness in staad pro plate element, this is determined by the plate stiffness matrix used in the program. You can simulate the wall with solid element or other software to get what you like to see.
