Hi,

I am looking for info, industry best practices, academic papers, etc. regarding installation and operation of a 230kV cable system on a road bridge. I have a copy of IEEE 575-2014 which has some good info, but I cant seem to find much else on the topic. Specifically there are safety concerns regarding stray voltages/currents and ground potential rise during short circuit conditions.
