it there are post installed fastener that I can get some sort of values for to attach to?
Say for 300# service load shear.
I am in California thus Cracked Concrete is a concern.

Alternatively we've broken a hole and grouted the core, then just design as if it were regular concrete.

Otherwise after-set bolt into the fully grouted section.

They are also still in wide and common use. *sigh*
A code ban takes a long time for all the pertinent people to learn and understand (Engineers, Code Examiners, Building Inspectors, Contractors, etc.). Note that I don't include suppliers, as I have seen suppliers pushing banned materiel before...

Since then I've tended to fill cores in new construction as its pretty easy to do when placing the topping concrete, but in existing construction filling the cores is easier said than done.

Also, of the research for drop in's seemed to be a little scary.
I ultimately used Hilti XU PAF and at a tight spacing. Thanks guys
