Part Families in NX10.0 can't be saved

Hi,

I met some problem with NX's part family spreadsheet. It's OK to create spreadsheet, and also to verify the part Number. But when you wanna create part or save family. It doesn't work and stop the program. After several minutes, it shows error info. Please see attached pic.

It would be appreciated if you supply the solution for this. Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Neil

Did you check your NX Logfile? Any detailed description of the issue in there?

What version of Excel are you using, and is it the version that Siemens has certified to work with NX 10?
