Show dual dimensions while measuring in 3D ?

I am working in mm but I am used to inches. When I mesure distance in 3D, is there a way to display inches along wiht the millimeters that are already displayed?

Not that I know of. But you can get it to report the values in inches by going to menu -> analysis -> units -> lbm - in. Now when you measure, the distances will be shown as inches on screen.
*Important* Note that this will also change the default unit system of expressions in the sketches that you create. Be sure to change the units back to mm before creating any new geometry; unless you want the new sketch to use inch units, of course.
