Fire protection construction grout?

Fire protection construction grout?

Fire protection construction grout?

(OP)
Case in my site:

Structural designer specified to keep 25mm cover to concrete walls and columns for fire protection and due to unrecoverable mistake we had to cut concrete layer in one side of column up to reinforcement bars to align particular column with others. Next, column should be repaired using construction grout but maximum filling should be 10mm (if the filling is greater than 10mm, the column cannot be aligned with others).

Can you suggest any construction grout or repair method from which, we can get same fire protection and strength provided by 25mm concrete cover???

In other words, what is the alternative for get fire protection/strength provided by 25mm concrete layer from 10mm layer of any other material/method?
