Insulation provisional airline 11 kV

(OP)
A three-phase 11 kV aerial line on metal supports must be transferred to the new higher metal supports substantially in line with earlier. The supply line must be kept available, although of course out of service, during the raising of the new poles, but one of the phases goes to touch them. It has been suggested to isolate with tape MT type P3 for the phase in correspondence of the point of contact for about 50 cm on one side and the other. It may be sufficient in case of necessity of re-feeding during the work?
