Exporting custom human with custom posture from Siemens NX

Exporting custom human with custom posture from Siemens NX

(OP)
Hi

We are designing a product and we need to export custom human model from Siemens NX. Problem is that I am not able to succeed. I have tried all universal file systems yet all I can achieve is to get errors or corrupted exports.

This model is later imported to Solid Edge for reference.

I found one thread which could cover it and it was here in this forum, no answers given.

Best regards!

RE: Exporting custom human with custom posture from Siemens NX

Are you want to export a human model geometry to the neutral format?
If so - then try to switch to the History-Free Mode or (in newer NX versions) remove part parameters. After that human model will become a set of faces and bodies, which are suitable to export (STEP for an instance).
The other way - it works fine if export to JT file format.
