Where to start designing a Air Vane Pump?

I want design 7.5 kw air vane pump with 10 m3/hr. But I am stuck where to start.

Do i go shaft--> vane displacement--> rotor --> cam ring --> Casing etc...

as not able to get any literature on same , more centrifugal pump is found.

First you decide if the pump will run lubricated or dry, then you start selecting a set of materials.

It will run dry .. material will steel for shaft rotor and camring and vane (case hardened).
