Sorry guys. I saw a thread from 2010 but it got closed. This article has a table but I can't get the moments he is. Let's just go with the first line (2) 2x8 with 3/8" x 7" plate. I'm getting 71,751 lb-in/5,979 lb-ft but he's getting 7173 lb-ft. If somebody can let me know what I'm missing to get my numbers or if there is errata to his article.
