Warning messages (errors) while solving in Mechanical 16.2

Warning messages (errors) while solving in Mechanical 16.2

(OP)
Dear All

I am having these warning messages (behaving for me as errors because I am not getting updated results).

Warning-1: "Current result file may not contain requested result data C:\Users\SYED MEESAM ALI\AppData\Local\Temp\Bolted Nozzle Flange.tmp\Bolted Nozzle Flange_files\dp0\SYS\MECH\file.rst. Please clear the solution and solve again."

Warning-2: "The result file C:\Users\SYED MEESAM ALI\AppData\Local\Temp\Bolted Nozzle Flange.tmp\Bolted Nozzle Flange_files\dp0\SYS\MECH\file.rst cannot be opened."

I tried lot of options including changing path names and deleting old files and trying to import data into new file but nothing seems to work. This is bit frustrating as I can't get updated results after I update my loads / input data and the output remains SAME for all cases.

Thanks for any assistance.

RE: Warning messages (errors) while solving in Mechanical 16.2

I have not clearly understood the question but I assume you have solved your analysis problem and your solution bloc is checked in static structural module.

I also assume that you have created no of paths to linearize stresses. Then you may need to check one or all of the following-

1-Paths and their defining nodes. You need to redefine paths in case of update in mesh or geometry.
2-Requesting results for particular load step which is within the no of steps originally defined(Warning 1 is related to this)
3-Requesting results which are not available.
4-After any update save different file of the updated data.
