(OP)
i want to know if i use that cable for telephone purposes
, what aill be the long distant i cant use
is it around 1000 meter ( for 10 Mb/s)?

RE: category 5

Specifications state that 10Mb circuits should be run no longer than 100 meters (310’) to ensure the full bandwidth capabilities. As you go longer, you increase attenuation and usable bandwidth. Also, terminations should not allow more than ½” of untwisted wires in pairs. This can cause problems with cross talk, (NEXT).
For analog telephone circuits, the distance is more a matter of how much attenuation you can stand for audio quality. You should be able to look up the manufacturer’s specifications on the cable in question for attenuation at 1004 Hz.
