X2 OVERLOAD 2 ALARM ON HYPERGEAR 510

X2 OVERLOAD 2 ALARM ON HYPERGEAR 510

(OP)
I STARTED UP THE MACHINE MONDAY MORNING AND GOT THIS ALARM WHILE HOMING MACHINE. I UNDERSTAND THAT X2 IS ONE OF THE LINEAR DRIVE MOTORS. JUST GOT THIS LASER ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND HAS RUN GOOD BUT SOME OF THESE ALARMS ARE NEW TO ME AND OF COURSE ARE NOT IN THE BOOK OR ON THE INTERNET. IF ANYONE HAS BEEN THROUGH THIS AND HAS SOME ADVICE I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT. THANK YOU.

I TURNED OFF THE MACHINE, PUSHED THE GANTRY ABOUT 6 IN, AND WAS ABLE TO CUT AGAIN AFTER THAT. IT ALARMED AGAIN BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO CUT A FULL ROW OF PARTS BUT INSTEAD OF A 1560 X2 OVERLOAD 2 ALARM I WAS GOT 60 X OVERLOAD 2 ALARM. THAT IS WHERE IM AT NOW

CLEANED GLASS SCALES WITH ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL, WIPING IN ONE DIRECTION. CLEANED SCALE READERS FOR BOTH X1 AND X2 AND ALSO THE U AXIS. DID TORQUE ANGLE ADJUSTMENT AND SO FAR SO GOOD.
