piston rod runout limits for vertical cylinder

piston rod runout limits for vertical cylinder

piston rod runout limits for vertical cylinder

Guys,

We have new machine(reciprocating compressor 04 vertical cylinders), we have checked piston rod run outs and found values ranging from 0.18mm to 0.3mm. Vendor does not have any problem with this value but these values looks high to me.I was searching in API 618 , not found enough information about the piston rod run out limits for non horizontal cylinders(Vertical cylinder in my case)

So Guys whether these piston run out values for new machine can be accepted? Also Any ideas about piston rod run out limits for vertical cylinder recip compressors??
