damage the membranes - Eddy current

(OP)
Good afternoon

Now I have a problem with um motor 400HP, 3560 rpm, 4000 volt electrical, 2 poles G.E.. Engine has radial clearance on the 6315ZC3 bearings. The accommodation has a membranes which I guess is to divert the Eddy current and do not damage the bearings. An of my options is manufacture a bushing but am going to damage the membranes.

That I can make to not harm the menbnrana?

Thank you

Best regards...
