Is there a possible mechanism to combine two shafts which drive at different speeds, even with different torque ratios?

yeah, they are turning at different speeds, and the differential won't work, coz there has to be a constant ratio between the two inputs.

Sorry about the sketch, yeah there has to be an output shaft from the combining mechanism unit.
