It is my understanding that when you open a Parasolid assembly in NX using File>Open it always comes in as Metric.
What would be the easiest workflow to change to inch?

using NX10

RE: Open Parasolid in inch mode

Create a new file (inch), import the parasolid (file -> import -> parasolid).

That works fine for a single part file. I'm trying to keep it as an assembly and maintain component names.
If you import an X_T assembly the parts come in as multi bodies. When you do a File>Open the parts open in a NX assembly.

Create a new directory in a convenient location, move your parasolid to this directory. Open the parasolid; the new files should be created in the new directory. Use the "ug_convert_part" utility to convert the unit system of the entire directory of parts at once.
