Is there a way to view all drawings and assemblies attached to a specific part?

(OP)
I have a part and need to know all files using it for reference, such as drawings and assemblies.

Thank you.

RE: Is there a way to view all drawings and assemblies attached to a specific part?

You can find a drawings references by going to Edit > Links. There is no way to find every drawing and assembly that references a part from the part's side. You would have to find the links from the drawings and assemblies.

that's why one should use a recent PDM system.

other solution is with CAA, you can open each catdrawing, catproduct and catpart and check links... We had to check our full database for links between files... it was time consuming... glad we are going to 3DX so links will be manage in database and easier to check.

@ACarrier
If you are using Smarteam you can right-click and check "Where used" on the part to see what assemblies and drawings the part is used in.
