Hello,

How can i aplly local seeds ?

I have a simple 2D quadrangular plate. I partitioned this plate in 4.

I want to apply a different element number to each partition, how can i do it ?

Please see anex image.

Try edge seeds. U can apply for each edge with different numbers.

Thank u for your answer.

I already tried that but not worked. I was not able to separate meshes completly. One partition always afect the neighbords.

show a picture of your mesh

This is how my mesh lool like, and how i would like to look like.

RE: Local Seeds - HOW ?

The meshing algorithms ensure that there is continuity between different regions so that you don't get gaps within the model. Your desired mesh is discontinuous so you would get gaps. You could create different parts with different seedings to get the mesh you required but then you'd have to tie the two regions together. The results you'd get at the interface would be rubbish though.
