Dear Experts,

Company that I work for reiceved a request for design and calculation of quite short piping line. As the design and basic calculations including flexibility analysis, wall thickness etc are not the problem, as the fatigue analysis is quite a trouble.
It is impossible to implement the analysis in the software (we've got AutoPipe Standard).

I want to be sure that I will proceed correctly.
I'll be glad to see some advice how to follow with the hand calculations and other important issues to include that I should be aware of...

I followed Section 10 in EN13480-3, there is only pressure amplitude 1.6 bar at a pressure level 16 barg, temperature is constant.
I understood, generally, it is limited to determine notional pseudo-elastic stress amplitude for each structural forms (shells, nozzles, flanges) and then to allowable number of load cycles of each structural form - based on a constant B (which depends on weld class).
