How do I redirect NX8.5 to a specific folder to find drafting templates?

RE: Drafting template locations

Edit the .pax file to point to each template file.

RE: Drafting template locations

You can set the variable UGII_TEMPLATE_DIR
example UGII_TEMPLATE_DIR = \\servername\directory_a\directory_b\
If that variable points to a directory , either local or on a server, NX will search that to find the templates referred by the pax file.
The paxfile should be in the same directory. The paxfile should not include the address of the template, only the name of the template.

You can set this variable in a number of different ways,
Windows control panel
in the file "ugii_env.dat"
etc etc,

Tomas
