Hi I would suggest reading the documentation for the wall thickness tool.

1)
* Modeling tolerance will not have any noticeable effect on the wall thickness tool.
* The radii deviation is due to tesselation difference between the surfaces, this become evident if you use a finer tolerance, rolling ball spacing, and adjust color fringes, see image below.


In comparison thickness calculated in GOM Inspect Pro


2) Read the documentation of how rolling ball works
