flow scheme symbol represtenting a multiport selector valve

Hey there, maybe someone can help me with my problem:

I am currently drawing a flow scheme for a microfluidic system. The system contains pumps, pipes, tubes, valves etc.

The problem is i cannot find a standard process flow diagram symbol representing a 7/6 selector port valve (see here)

Does anyone know how to draw that component in a flow scheme?

Thank you in advance
Gonzo

RE: flow scheme symbol represtenting a multiport selector valve

I believe this P&ID symbol is what our company uses for that.

Thanks a lot for your reply and your P&ID symbol. It’s definitely inspiring.

I need to draw a process overview so it’s more like a very simple sketch what i am looking for. Something as shown on the image below and introduced here.

It there any standard symbols that match multiport selector valves?

RE: flow scheme symbol represtenting a multiport selector valve

Is this a multiport diverting valve that diverts flow from the inlet port to any one of the 6 outlet ports. In addition if I am reading your company P&ID symbol for the valve, each outlet port is vented such that when it is not selected the remaining fluid in the outlet pipe would be drained to the individual drain pipe of each outlet? What are the possible fluids used? Why are the drain pipes not collected and piped to a site drain? What are the sizes of the outlets, the inlet and type connection required.
