anyone can give a link which website I can get this for a particular city in the US?

RE: 24hr-25yr rainfall intensity (inches)?

25yr/24hr storm data is usually city specific. Go the the city in question and check their design standards.

RE: 24hr-25yr rainfall intensity (inches)?

You'll need to check the approved source for whatever entity you are getting your permit through.
National sources are typically not approved for use in permitting.
The rainfall data should be provided in a circular by a water management district, department of the environment, or state transportation department.
