I have a superheat manufactured with 27 mm,2.9mm wall thickness tube of grate 211-T 111.

After manufacturing,should i stress relieve this ….if yes, at what temperatures to prevent and distortion of bend.

Material: Alloy Steel Seamless Tube (SA213 T11) Dia 31.8mm x 3mm w.t.
Job: Replacement of Superheater Tubes
Construction Code: ASME Sec 1/ ASME B31.1 (Power Piping)

In this case, no PWHT is necessary based on wall thickness.
