What if i have an elongated room. with an area of 517 sq.ft. its classified as light hazard. in light hazard the sprinkler have 225 sq.ft of protection so, 517/225 = 2.297
use: 3 sprinkler in the room. but since its elongated should i use 6 sprinkler to protect the room? the dimension of the room is 29.19 ft x 17.71 ft. thanks in advance.

RE: Sprinkler number.

If you use a standard spray sprinkler you will need to provide 6, if you can find (and it is allowed) an extended coverage you can probably lessen the number of sprinklers. But which one is the larger cost? Your call.

RE: Sprinkler number.

Have you tried to lay it out under small room rule

Since under 800 sq ft
