Type: Sphere
Volume: 1500m3
Pressure: 150 psig
Temperature: -150 degF
MOC: Low temperature carbon steel or 304 Stainless Steel.
Insulated or Vacuum Jacketed
Location: Calvert City, KY USA

More than 200000 i guess.

OK .... At around $5-7.5 gallon for this type of vessel, coatings and insulation (and foundations) I would guess ----- $2 to $3 million US dollars.

You haven't mentioned anything about land, fire protection systems, etc..etc
