I'm working on HVAC design for food processing (salad and juice preparations). what is the required Temprature and relative humidity?

This isn't a storage!

If there is any production equipment in the space, then the OEM might have a recommended range. You can check out the "Sterling Humidity Chart" for humidity ranges to control various microorganisms. ASHRAE also makes some suggestions for comfortable working conditions. As far as I know, there are no required conditions specified for such a space.
