Error in Heat Transfer Analysis

Error in Heat Transfer Analysis

(OP)
Hello All,

I am solving a model to understand the temperature change in a laser ultrasonic problem. So, the pulsed laser is modeled as a source of heat flux on a metal plate. I have created two steps:

Step 1. transient heat transfer (total time: 8e-9 in which the laser heats the plate)
step 2. transient heat transfer (total time: 20e-6 in which the cooling happens through convection)

The job successfully gets completed, but I do not know why it crashes in the middle of nowhere and give the following error in the visualization module:

"The selected primary variable is not available in the current frame for any elements in the current display group"

I could get answer from the same analysis one time, but when I ran it again it was completed while showing the above mentioned error in visualizing the deformed shape.

Does anybody know how I can solve this problem?

Thanks,
