need help with component identification

I have a micromotor that powers up but does not have any output. I isolated the problem down to an IC that looks like an LM 317 regulator, but with 5 pins. No identification marks on the package. Can someone give me some kind of idea what this component could possibly be so I can cross referance it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The case looking like a LM317 but having 5 pins might be a T0220-5 case which is used for several types of power ICs like Power Opamps or Mosfet-Drivers, judging from your application it's most likely a Power Opamp as the LM675:
